Dress Like You Belong in the Room – Before You Even Speak…

– built on almost a decade of my own experience from both sides of the table.

Built on my own work experience as an employer:

  • I built my first business at 15 years old
  • I managed, built and led several teams
  • Years of experience in hiring & evaluating candidates
  • I’m an entrepreneur myself and therefore can talk perfectly from the employer perspective

I started my first business at 15, which meant I stepped into the professional world much earlier than most.

Since then, I鈥檝e experienced both sides of it – working within companies, but also leading people, managing teams, and being in positions where I had to evaluate others.

Over time, across different industries like marketing and project management, I started to notice clear patterns: what makes someone come across as capable, trustworthy, and truly professional – and what quietly does the opposite.

Everything I share here on Vlaluna comes from my own experience and all the things I鈥檝e learned along the way.

I take you with me through what I鈥檝e actually seen, tested and experienced in different professional environments – from small details to bigger patterns that shape how people are perceived at work.

Most of my articles are based on actual and concrete situations I鈥檝e been in, observations I鈥檝e made over time and decisions I鈥檝e had to make myself. And when I’ve found something that works, I then break it down into simple, repeatable guides that you can directly implement yourself as well.
