Looking for cubicle desk decor ideas that give your workspace a little personality? Think blue floral drawers, pink organizers or a corner filled with greenery.
These pictures include everyday desk setups plus a few all-out seasonal decorations if you want something a little different.
You can keep it simple or go big with flowers and framed prints. Start with one detail you love, then work around the desk space you actually have.
Cute ways to decorate your cubicle desk
blue floral drawers
We’re starting off strong with these super cute blue floral cabinet fronts. I love how the same pattern appears above the desk and on both sets of drawers.
If your office allows removable coverings, try a similar floral pattern on approved surfaces. You can leave the desktop plain like this one.
a trailing plant
Don’t want to go all out with decorations? No problem!
This leafy plant in a cream-colored pot gives you plenty to look at without a whole gallery wall.
The long stems hang down beside the cabinet. Keep a little space beside yours for a pen cup and sticky notes.

postcards and little lights
How cute is this little corner? The corkboard is filled with colorful prints, with tiny lights running along the partition beside it.

I especially love the smiling flower pot on the hanging shelf. Try mixing a few playful decorations with your photos rather than making everything match.
pastel wall pockets
If you are looking for something simple to add, this one is for you. Blue, pink and green pockets hold papers and little supplies above the white desk.
That tiny plant tucked into the bottom pocket is such a cute detail.

pink and mint frames
I am obsessed with this pastel gallery wall. The pink, mint and white frames look so pretty with the little drawers and colorful pens below.
For your own desk decor ideas office cubicle mood board, save the matching frame colors and globe lights. You could start with a smaller group of prints if your wall space is limited.

orange statement panels
Want your cubicle walls to be the main decoration? These tall orange panels definitely go in that direction, with black borders, lettering and a dark silhouette.
For a smaller version, try one orange print with a clearly readable phrase you like. There’s no need to cover the whole partition.
pink trays and flowers
This is actually one of my favorite little desk updates here. The pale pink paper organizer looks so cute with the pink flowers in their white pot.
The phone sits on top while papers fill the shelves below. Try repeating that same pink in a desk mat like the one shown here.
a movie-inspired wall surprise
Is that a face peeking out of a pretend air vent? This one is definitely for anyone who wants something a little funny, lol!
The shiny box surrounds a movie image high above the desk.
If your workplace allows playful wall decor, a smaller framed movie still could give you a similar touch without the big projecting box.
pink and purple daisies
How adorable are these oversized flower shapes? I love the pink and purple pairing, especially with the spotted rectangular pieces beside the laptop.
Bring the colors into your own setup with a flower-shaped desk mat. I’d leave the laptop keyboard uncovered when using it.
a board full of memories
Don’t want your wall to look too coordinated? This photo board is for you.
Photo strips, snapshots, little keepsakes and a wrapped flower arrangement fill the frame.
Mix different photo sizes on your own board. The overlapping edges are part of what makes this one so lovely.
greenery on little shelves
The plant lovers are going to love this! Long striped leaves rise above the little stand while trailing stems spread across the desk below.
The bright pink vase is my favorite extra detail. Try one colorful vase beside your greenery if you don’t want everything to be neutral.
dark florals and gold details
I love this dark patterned backdrop with the gold-colored accessories. The framed photos, calendar and pink folders give you lots of little details to borrow.
If you want to try a busy background like this, keep a clear patch of desktop in front. This setup leaves plenty of the pale surface showing.
mountain photos and globe lights
This is such a pretty way to display landscape photos. Some are framed while others are pinned straight onto the gray walls, with yellow globe lights draped between them.
The mint fan is adorable too. Choose one colorful desk accessory if you want a similar break from the white frames and planters.
an orange mushroom lamp
This lamp may just be my favorite one here. I am obsessed with the bright orange shade and the colorful posters behind it.
Above the desk, little silver-colored clips hold snapshots on the cabinet front. Try that separate photo display if you want to keep your main work surface clear.
birthday balloons and hearts
Calling all birthday-decoration fans, this cubicle goes all out! Clear balloons float above a colorful banner, with strings of little hearts hanging down around the desk.
For a less crowded version, keep the banner and a few heart garlands. I’d skip the scattered desktop confetti if the desk still needs to be used.
two plants on a tray
If you’re looking for a plant arrangement that keeps things simple, go with this one. Two cream-colored pots sit together on a round brown tray, with upright leaves beside trailing stems.

I love that the pots match even though the plants look so different.
white desktop shelves
Don’t want to add prints or strings of lights? No problem there! Try a white monitor stand and matching desktop shelves like these.
The open compartments hold notebooks and small items. A leafy plant on top gives the arrangement a little decoration without filling the space around the keyboard.
flowers all around
If you are looking for a true floral moment, then this one is for you. There are pink, purple and white flowers along the top of the cubicle, with more arrangements around the desk.
I love the lavender-colored vase and botanical prints. Start with those smaller pieces if you’re not ready for a whole flower-covered partition.
climbing little skeletons
Looks like these skeletons have decided to take over the cubicle, lol! One stretches across the shelf while another appears to climb up from below.
This is a fun Halloween idea that leaves the desktop out of the decorating plan. Keep the trailing greenery if you like that mix of plants and spooky little visitors.
sage green and a pegboard
Last but definitely not least, we have this pretty green-and-white desk. I love the checked mat with the matching keyboard!
The pegboard holds little containers and headphones above the screen.
For a cubicle version, borrow the green accessories and a small organizer first. The trailing plants and pale prints are lovely additions if you have room.
